Vitamin C liposomal and sodium ascorbate

Full content

Almost all animals produce their own vitamin C. A goat produces about 13 grams a day in its liver, and increases this production when it is sick or stressed. A dog, a cat, a cow, a horse: the same thing. None of them have ever had to think about it.

We don’t. Somewhere in our history, a mutation deactivated the last enzyme in the manufacturing chain. Our ancestors lived in the tropics, surrounded by fruits year-round. The loss cost nothing. We share this characteristic with other primates, the baboon and some fruit-eating bats. That’s about it.

Today, we live in a Nordic climate, we eat processed foods, we are constantly stressed, and we always carry this dormant gene.
